Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes, we proudly ship to customers around the globe.

From where do you ship?

All orders are mainly shipped from our facility in Hong Kong.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

To ensure prompt processing, any requests for order modifications or cancellations must be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests made after this period. Once received, items can be returned for a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.

When will my order be processed?

Our warehouse processes and ships all orders. Please allow extra time for processing during holiday seasons and sales. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, typically within 1-3 business days. Shipping occurs the day following processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

What should I do if I do not receive my order?

If your order does not arrive within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I incur customs and taxes?

Prices on our website are displayed in US Dollars and are tax-free. However, you may be responsible for customs duties and taxes upon receipt of your order, as determined by your local customs office. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processes in your country. For details regarding potential charges, please contact your local customs office.

What if I receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item?

If you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us with your order number, photographs of the item, and any relevant information. We will work diligently to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed by your card-issuing bank. For questions regarding the posting of your refund, please contact your bank. If you have not received your credit yet, we recommend reaching out to your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the transaction to appear.
